Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Products should be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items such as personal care products, intimate wear, or customized goods cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for the same product in a different size/color, subject to availability.
